man my face got so puffy like bull dog , i dont know what i should do know , but i am 255 LB now but my face got so ugly , should i stop this cycle! and how should i get back to my normal face ! this is killing me ..

Sounds to me like you are sensitive to Dbol, and that you are holding shit load of water, Dbol is the best oral to grow titis. You need to get either Aromasin or Adex ASAP, to reduce the symptoms. Did you run the Dbol along with the test e for 9 weeks? If so ur liver must be highly intoxicated depending on what dose of the oral u using. Next time try Test P for a kickstart bro, that would be ur best bet.
If he uses aromatase Inhibitors he doesn't need to use Dbol. The weight gains on methandienone are almost pure water gains, so it would be complete nonsense to block these.
