When do places start shutting down again for the Chinese New Year? I can't remember around the date.

When do places start shutting down again for the Chinese New Year? I can't remember around the date.
I wouldn't ordering during the whole month (february). Much delays!
I just want to make sure I'm good for January.. I just couldn't remember when everything shutdown. I forget every year also to save up enough just for that time of the year.
It's on February 16th. So prolly the week before that.
