Anyone have a problem with snoreing?

Who in here snores loud??? Seems recently my snoreing has been getting louder my wife says. All I want to do is sleep and she can't.
Anyone have any advice? remedies? I don't want to have surgery

CPAP bro....I don't feel tired during the day anymore.....no more afternoon naps.

If you have insurance then get a sleep study and then get issued a CPAP machine. It doesn't take long to get use to.
I have an appt to get a sleep study done
I had study done a long time ago and they said it wasn't sleep apnea
People with large necks/traps tend to snore lol
I have no problem with my snoring. My wife does though. Thankfully I dont wake myself up with my snoring.
I usually start snoring loud as hell for 2 reasons. 1, I have been running tren ace pretty heavy and haven't slept in a while, it eventually catches up to me and i literally pass out and go into a really deep sleep. And 2, I've let my body fat get a tad too high when bulking. I am able to keep it to a minimum by sleeping on my side while using a big body pillow.

Get a sleep study done, generally if you snore Loud enough to bother someone you have sleep apnea and treatment is available by surgery, oral devices, or CPAP machine you wear at night.
I have to wear a CPAP and it make a big difference in rest and quality of life.
I had a sleep study done a year or so ago and they said I didn't have sleep apnea

Ace VenturaSurgery??? Damn, that's a little extreme. I think everyone here has that problem. I snore if I weigh more than 190. I got another bed and we sleep in separate rooms now. BOOM!
