Anyone ever try Bullet Proof Coffee

ad

If you havent ever heard of Bullet Proof Coffee(BPC), you have to give it a try. Now I'm not an expert on the subject but I have been drinking it every morning for last 2 months.
So 3 mail ingredients in BPC are Coffee, Coconut oil, and Grass fed butter. sounds like a awful combination but once you try it you will never use coffee creamer again. Personally I make it with a normal cup of black coffee. Organic beans are your better choice. Next I put 1-2 Tbsp of extra virgin coconut oil. The higher % of MCTs in the oil the better. Then lastly is Grass fed butter. Now the Grass fed is real important. not going to get into the technical side of it. If you google BPC you will find 100s of sites going into depth on the breakdown of it all. It is actually kind of hard to find Grass Fed butter. The best in my opinion if Kerrygold. Its in a green and gold wrapper. So i add 1-2 Tbsp of Kerrygold into my coffee cup.
Now this is the important part. Once you have all 3 ingredients in you coffee cup. You have to blend it. I have one of those magic bullet blenders which does well. Pour it all in there and blend for about 5 seconds. it will have a creamy foam head like a latte and it has the best taste.
Now what are the benefits of drinking this. one is after drinking on cup of it you will feel full and not hungry for about 4 hours. Then the combination of coffee, coconut oil, and grass fed butter has this thermogesic effect on the body.. The 3 will raise your body temp which aids in your body burning fat. The mountaineers in Tibet drink this before going up into the mountains so they wont get cold. Then lastly is you dont have to worry of the caffeine crash.. normally if you drink a regular cup of coffee then an hour after you are crashing from the caffeine leaving your body. With BPC the caffeine rush will extend for almost 3-4 hrs. It gives the caffeine legs.
so give it a try and please make sure you definitely blend it before drinking.. Ive seen people on Youtube stir the contents in the coffee cup and then drink it. Which i have tried too. Tastes like shit compared to blending it.

Coconut oil is gross. It's like liquid lard.

Big fan of that for sure. Not just libido, but getting pretty good muscle hardness and dryness, especially towards the end.

Not sure if it's actually healthy or not, but it tastes amazing. I haven't used coffee creamer in over a year.

fat always tastes amazing; that's why we are addicted to it and that goes back to when we were monkeys trying to survive and had to eat every bit of whatever animal we caught.

I don't know how many of you listen to The Joe Rogan Experience but Dave Aspry (the inventor of Bullet Proof Coffee) has been on there numerous times and most of what he said has been shown to be incorrect. His whole secret method(yes secret as in he refuses to tell the process) of prevention of mold on the coffee beans is complete horseshit. Coffee is always graded and mold is always taken into account and his claims of it being a wide spread issue is just straight up incorrect. So not only has he blabbered and blabbered false information he also stole the idea of MCT oil and Coffee and branded it his own.

With all that being said coffee + butter + MCT oil = a great fucking cup of Joe.

Coconut oil; 92% saturated fat and 42% unsaturated. One tablespoon of coconut oils has about 117 calories, 14 grams fat, 12 g saturated fat, and no vitamins or minerals. The only coconut oil that is good for you is medical grade; and they certainly do not sell that at your local grocer unfortunately. Most of the studies on it are short term so all evidence is still inconclusive on its health benefits but from a healthy standard just the ingredients alone has steered me away from it until the do better studies.

Yes sir. I recommend it to many of my clients as the first thing they do upon waking. As long as you don't take in any carbs before, during and at least two hours from the time of ur first meal you'll see amazing results. Incredible.
