well i guess all of us have a saying or words we live by maybe some we hear more than others? whats yours? when your at your best and feel like a million bucks what comes out of your mouth, or maybe when your up at the buttcrack of dawn and the only one hardcore enough on your street to be headin down to lift some heavy iron even if you just didnt feel like it, what do you say when everything in this world beats you down and the mud is in your eye.. No one can take your dignity, be a champion!!!! light a fire under your ass lets do this<<<<<

It's gotten me thru hard times, and also does a good job summing up what being a warrior means IMO. Not what most people think being a warrior means ie "tough guy at the club/bar/gym, whatever" but exercising control over ones self at all times and circumstances, and persevering silently without need for recognition or attention. You know what I mean.
