Advice pinning Quad Glutes?
ad
Every time i try to pin my Quad or Glutes i try 2-3 times and fail so i always end up pinning my delts.
I get the pin in and about half way through i get this excruciating pain (I might be over exaggerating lol).. i pull out and change needles and try again and BAM same thing happens at different spot on the Quad/glutes.. so i always say fck it go with delts.. and pin my delts.
If anyone can give me advice id be greatful.
Thanks

OK i know its a little off topic but PIP. i got some serious PIP when i went into the quad but got none from goin in the delt and have been using gluts for my gh. does the site make a difference as well? i am pretty sure i done it right cause i reaad up on it here and watched several videos posted.
how many times have you hit your quads? When i first started, any time i hit a new muscle it would hurt worse then one i had been using. good old virgin muscles.
shit only once i just started my first and started with delts so i may stick to that. im walking with a pimp in my step now. straight pimpin homie...hahahahaa
haha ya that happens, but keep pinning there it will get better. its my favorite place to pin, just to easy not to pin there lol. Delts are good to but cant put as much in them, and your bound to move the syringe around.
tread-mWishbone all the advise here should help but I didn't see anything about placement on glutes and so many people just get lucky on this. The glutes if you are unaware, or for others reading, have specific places they should be hit to stay off the sciatic nerve. Right cheek should be divided into 4 equal squares and popped in the top right square. Left cheek divided into 4 equal squares and popped in the top left square. As well for glutes, very relaxed is the key as has been mentioned here. All the weight off the pop side and try not to flinch. You asked how to aspirate the glute when doing it by yourself. First understand that aspirating is reall not what the vast majority of people think it is. You dont have to pull a bubble which as you know requires you to pull back pretty hard on the plunger. Just take the tip of your thumb or index finger depending on position and slightly pull to see if there is any tension at all. The nice thing about actually landing in a vein is that it allows you to see how easy the plunger pulls back. It is literally as easy as pulling back on it in mid air. So pull back on the plunger just holding it and get a good idea of how easy it is. This small amount of pull will drag a lot of blood into your syringe if you land in a vein since there is no suction in the way there is just landing in a muscle with no air to pull...good luck and relax the muscle...
AnonThanks Tread.
I followed this site its very helpful http://www.spotinjections.com/index3.htm
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.Permalinkwith what inspector said, I always put my thumb on my hip, rotate my finger halfway down and then just grab that skin on my cheek tight and pin straight in and I honestly don't even feel it anymore, so if your getting bad pain then maybe your going in at a wrong angle or spot on your glute?
You DO KNOW that you don't have to bury the pin, right? a 1" pin need only go about 5/8" to be effective (I use a 6point glute/quad rotation almost exclusively)
AnonI use 25g 1" and the pin does not eve go in halfway and i start getting pains.
The first time i tried quads it happened and i pulled out changed needles and tried a different spot and no pain what so ever. But after that its all been painful it probably goes in about 3/8
This may sound insane, but I had never pinned Quads before. I'm running Lixus Test 400 and Deca. The Test400 gets pinned every 3rd day and I had pinned my usual glutes earlier in the week and didnt want to pin shoulders as I was working them out that day.
Long story short, I pinned .5 cc of the Test400 in my Quad with an Insulin Pin. It was absolutely flawless. Maybe you are just getting in too deep and hitting nerves?
AnonYou were right i tried pinning with my 27g 1/2" Tren and Test, Left and Right quad and no pain what so ever. A little PIP from the Tren but nothing to complain about
AnonYou reckon 27g 1/2" would work for quads?
Hell yes! Glad to here it worked out ok. I suppose it would be fine to use a 27g. Incidentally, I use a 23g 1.5" pin for everything, except for the quad which I will now exclusively use an insulin pin or a 27g.....That's a really good idea. Assuming I can get those here.
23g looks fucking down right frightening comparatively speaking.
