I only pin 2x a week (test e/500mg week cycle) so I usually just rotate left and right delts. However with it being summer I managed to get a decent sunburn (just red, no blisters/sores, slightly hot to the touch). Anyways heres my question, is it alright to pin a sunburnt area? I expect it to hurt alittle bit but will it mess with the skin's healing process or anything?
Worst comes to worse, I might try a quad pin..
