Just noticed 1 year has passed since I found this site. I don't post much, or comment much, but I do visit and read quite a bit. I want to thank all the vets and knowledgeable folks for the valuable info that I have found here! I could have done harm to myself if it were not the generous time and effort put in by the likes of Tread M, Sgt Stedenko, Viking, and too many more to mention them all. It seems like every question I have has already been asked, and with a little research, I find the answer. This is such a great site to visit and hang out at! We should count our blessings this place is here, and hopefully be here for many years! I am 54 yrs old and because of eroids I am getting in the best shape of my life!

Thanks Tread. I have to say your post on estrogen control was the most helpful post I have read here at eroids. It was the a-haa moment that made me realize that I didn't know what I was doing. Since then many hours of research has been put in by myself to make sure I am doing this correctly. The blood pressure post was also extremely helpful since my last cycle included EQ and my RBC count could have gotten out of control! Glad you are here to keep us noobs safe. I would think there are many here that may owe there life to you!
