When to Begin Anavar Post-Surgery
Any women out there had breast implants?! I just had surgery, last Wed., so I'm obviously not lifting ANYTHING, right now. My doctor plans to clear me to lift LIGHT after 2 weeks and then back to normal after 4 weeks. I assume it'll take me some time to get my full strength back, and I certainly do not want to injure myself. That being said, however, I am looking to gain another 5 lbs., if possible, before my husband returns from Afghanistan in May. I have Anavar and want to know when one would suggest taking it, again? I say again, but I only took 2 doses before my deployed husband surprised me with a plane ticket to the states for surgery on my birthday.
I am 5'5" and about 150 lbs., right now. I was 15% body fat at 140 lbs., so I'd venture to say I'm pushing 18%. So, I've got a great deal of muscle, already, I naturally look like a figure competitor, but I want that extra edge.. not full out bodybuilding look.. but that extra bit you see in the women who take the Olympia and Arnold have over just the average competitor. I haven't gained a single pound of muscle, now, in 3 years. My body fat has fluctuated between 13-18%, but I have just been at a stalemate in terms of muscle growth.
So, if anyone could also help me in nutrition and possibly a better workout routine, I'd greatly appreciate it!! Thanks in advance for all suggestions/advice!!!

I had breast implants a little over a year ago and my surgeon cleared me for only the elliptical at four weeks and in 2 months I could lift, but even then I had to go very light because everything felt weird. Listen to you doctor and your body!! You don't want them to shift out of place and if they went under the muscle it will take a little more time to heal!! I'd wait on starting the anavar until you can lift or you'll just be wasting it!! Until then start eating clean!! I'll send you a fr req if you need any help:)
My wife just had a breast augment 4 weeks ago and she is now back in the gym doing regular cardio but still not any major chest workouts. She has been able to do legs, abs and bicep curls but doesn't do any push or pull movements. The best thing is to take it easy because you don't want to out those $$$ new breasts at risk. At 1-2 months I believe the doctor said you can go back to regular activities.
i had an ileostomy reversal, a huge surgery, cut from the middle of my ribs to panty line, i waited about 8 weeks to make sure the incisions were healed good and went very light, found out the hard way i wasnt ready to just then. i waited another 4 weeks started the var and went light, watched my diet and cut decent fat just doing light weights and cardio. im now just getting back to it really good, you need to let the body heal so you dont tear anythin and start light make sure you can do what you wnat than start the var. so u dont waste it.
Thank you or the insight!!
