Knee surgery
ad
So.
I blew out my knee. I need to get reconstruction. I keep reading how I won't ever be strong again or have my mobility back. I don't want to believe that.
Would, post surgery, anything help speed recovery (and not, uh... give me some unwanted side effects). I'm just looking to get back to pre-knee blow out strength, mobility. Yes, I know I have to put the rehab/time in. But I am reading so many horror stories that frankly, I am so depressed about not being able to do anything I love anymore that... well. whatever.
And tips or advice would be nice and may cheer me up/give me hope.

What about HGH either injected into the joint or in general?
I have often read of people using TB-500 (a peptide) to aid in recovery. I would not push myself any harder using it but it may help you get ahead of schedule. As far as side effects, I'm not familiar with any. I think it would be good to look into at least.
I hate to hear about the knee but I wish you the best!
Been there. The answer is time. Do exactly what your doctor and physical therapists say. Then take things slow and be patient. It took over a year to get back, but that's what it takes. If you push yourself, it will take longer and you may damage yourself again. Patience is key. Best of luck.
