Equipoise and women

ad

Hello all.
I'm a 29 year old female who began EQ last night am and planning to take approx. 75 a week for twenty weeks. I am hoping to run var as well, but have had bad luck getting some.

Beyond all that, I'm kind of frustrated with the lack of information out there on EQ and women. If ANYONE has had experience with EQ I would be very grateful for any insights or simply raw data. There seems a lot of contradictory misinformation out there with few objective facts. And while I know body chemistry differs from person to person, I'm curious about such possible side effects like wight gain or elevated blood pressure.

I want to increase strength and basically get harder muscles, but without weight gain. I also really want to improve my running endurance and muscle recovery time.

Please help?

if you are a runner you prob want to stay away from the var anyway... the muscle pumps are intense and often debilitating when trying to do cardio ..

up your dosage to 100mg weekly in fact if you just started front load with 200mg and then slip into the 100mg weekly ... it is very good for quality muscle mass and muscle hardness, with a minimum of water retention and or fat gains.. since it was originally used to put weight on race horses.. you should be getting hungry about 3-4 weeks into the cycle. remember you are building muscle and will gain weight or experience a recomp with fat loss and muslce gain (I don't know how much fat you are carrying) over all muscle gain will depend on how clean your diet is ..ie protien intake and what kind of carbs and fats you are eating ... keep in mind that you want to eat extra protein while on cycle ... good fats and quite honestly carbs probably aren't as necessary as we make them out to be ..

EQ can be great if you have good quality gear ... it can be disappointing if you don't.. (I ve had both)

any gear you run you are going to "gain" weight. remember you are adding anabolic androgenic substances to your body and they WILL add muscle that is what they do

Yeah, I should clarify. I'm not concerned with numbers on the scale so much as how my body mass looks and feels as well as performance. By weight gain, I suppose I mean "bulky" looking as opposed to leaner muscle mass.

So. I'm 29 5 ft 2 and weigh 120. As of the last time I tried to calculate my body fat the figure I came up with was 16%, which sounds about right.
Running is my passion but I am increasingly getting more serious about strength training and getting my core back to where it ought to be.

I suppose I'm just worried that I'll GAIN weight on EQ. I want to try var, but have heard different opinions about whether it'd be good or not for running.

So, I did about 80 mg of EQ last night and will either stay there or go up to 100 next Sunday for 20-something weeks (I haven't decided yet on actual length).

My diet is pretty good, but I know I need to cut back on carbs. I rationalize eating carbs if they are "good"---whole grain, high-fiber, etc. So, to some degree, it's a matter of discipline.

The only other fear I have aside from weight gain is elevated blood pressure and mood swings. My boyfriend is running EQ and test E and seems fine.

Nothing is too personal. I'm here to learn. I'm frustrated with a lot of the random "facts" posted online about women and aas. So any suggestions are welcome.
