Clen Cycle day 1

I've researched and researched and finally started today. Taking 20mcg for 2 days and then up 20mcg every 2 days up tp 120 and then back down. 3g taurine and potassium 2 bananas, 1 gallon of water and 2 Tylenol along with it.

120 a day is way too high, all you need is cardio at 25%

Okay. Have u ever used the Harris Benedict Equation? Your protein consists of lean meats...mainly chicken, or beef? Which meats? Your carbs are what? All complex with no simple sugars? Share your progress. Have u always been 25% bf, or are u up or down? U can target when ur natural growth hormone peaks and add to it by using diet and cardio. Then, possibly move into peptides, slowly. Do a light 15 min warm up cardio before lifting. Lifting regimen should be light weight, straight sets, 30" rest between sets. 45-60 minutes in length is an average amount of time to spend to meet your goals. Affer lifting, start sprints. Sprint for 30" and then rest 30"-60". Continue sprints and rests for 5 min. This will help natural growth.hormone to peak. Eat ur meal 30-45 minutes after workout...helps nat gh peak.again. Eating every 3 hrs will help the rest of the time. Restrict all carbs after 2pm. You could.maybe do a casein shake.with no carb liquid before.bedtime..

Mainly chicken. Brown rice or oatmeal for my carbs.
I was 210 last January at 37%bf. 45 min is my average lifting period.

Awesome!!! I have to say hell yea...you are doing excellent. Its not an easy journey, but ur making it work and getting wonderful results!!

Sub wild rice for brown. Just alternate for now till u run out...then go straight wild...

Are u doing light weight, high reps, straights sets for lifting? Reverse pyramid may help u too later down the road...

Thanks. Right now I lift heavy. I've never been strong even in tje military and I want to be able to do pull ups and push ups and run a tough mudder. I do two sets at heavy weight to failure. Then immediately drop the weight and pump out at least 10.

Dropping weight and then pumping out higher reps is like reverse pyramid. Thats good for meeting your goals when you have plateaued or are fine where you are. From what i have read and experienced, keeping the metabolism up with low weight high reps min rest between straight sets could be more efficient in helping u meet ur goals. Everybody.is different though. FR sent. Congrats on ur achievements.

I've done it before. It's a temporary fix at best. And you're starving yourself living off of a juice. Not enough to sustain muscle growth

Not true...its not temporary...its just like cardio and diet modification...its a daily regimen that produces results along with your meals...and its organic...and u think synthetic clen is going to do the job u want? What are u gonna do when the clen becomes the temporary fix?

Workout 5am
Fasted cardio 40min
Then weights 45 min with a shake
X5 days a week

Breakfast
1/2 cup oatmeal
4 egg whites
2 strawberries or half a grapefruit

3oz protein
3oz carbs
1/2 cup broccoli
Every 3 hours. Last meal before bed no carbs

What are your goals and stats and priors? Why minimal water intake? why nothing about your diet? Why clen?

I'm new to posting so my apologies for not posting enough info.
I'm 5'8 158lbs bf 25%
Goal-12% bf bikini competition in March
Workout 5 times a week with 45 minutes of weights 40 min steady state cardio

Eating
3oz protein
3oz carb
Half cup veggie (broccoli)
Every 3 hours

I considered my water intake good. I can up it. I'm usually around 1.5 gallons but always a minimum of 1

You don't need clen to get from 25% to 12% by march for a bikini show sorry . My wife did it for years in bikini and made it under 8% drug free. You can do it without it. She also drank 2 gallons and up a day now shes around 3 as am I. You need to do fasted cardio in the am and hit training at night. Fasted on a treadmill , hit on a stair master. Your carb cycling , cardio and low rest periods in the gym will get you where you need to be. There is no argument. That the honest to god truth. You cant eat the same thing every day either Aka carb cycling, some days require more carbs and protein than others some require less taking your physical activities outside the gym into consideration and the muscle groups your training. In all honesty you don't need much weight training, lots of glute and leg work with some light abdominals. Just lots of cardio and high intensity training along with the right nutrition. Clen isn't going to do it for you.....

Personally I think Clen is overrated as a weight loss drug and I've tried all the major brands. Both wifey and I use it occasionally as a preworkout but otherwise the risks seem disproportionate to the reward.

I totally agree here. Clen is only a temporary fix or a means to get across a small hump for a short time frame otherwise it is non productive your goals.

That's all I am looking for. To get my bf moving down to make the show. It's not a replacement for shitty eating. I eat clean. I put in work. I'm not lazy. If I'm guilty of anything its impatience.

Contrary. I have read the risks. Muscle cramps, headaches akin to migraines, shakes, BP effected, taurine depletion effecting heart valves. I'm a nurse. I'm well aware of the risks.

So are those risks and those are some not all worth the 20 dollar trophy at your first ever show? With never stepping on a stage , never posing before , never tanning for a show etc etc etc? You think the clen is going to give you the edge to win? Not taking a stab at you just being real with you. I coach for a second job and know what im talking about as many here can agree with. My wife went from 27 to 14 % bf in 8 weeks with some drug use , not a ton tho. I think you can do similar in 8 months without drugs lol.

Since your already set to do a Clen cycle here's a hint. Don't go by everything you read especially ramping up. If 20 mcg gives you the shakes and and a good sweat for a week then don't fix what's broken. It's when you aren't feeling the effects of Clen you bump it up, a lot of people over titrate and feel like shit! Be easy, no rush

Thanks. That's actually very helpful. 20mcg didn't do anything for me today. I was considering going up to 40 tomorrow but wasn't sure if I should follow the cycles. I have read that a lot of people don't feel anything at 20mcg.
