55 year old female - post menopause - cycle help

ad

My wife is 55 years old and is interested in trying a steroid that will help her lose a little tummy fat and gain more muscle. She is in real good shape but the tummy and waist fat is really bothering her and won't seem to go away. She works out 5 days per week with a combination of heavy low reps and high rep exercises and also does cardio.

Please let us know what you think might work and is fairly safe. We are looking at Anavar. She also found a testosterone/estrogen mix named tibolone but we can't find it anywhere.

Thanks.

she needs labs done first before anything else ... this is about hormone imbalance and throwing a steriod at it isn't the initial answer

Hi, I'm 51 and I'm post menopausal. I suffered for 4 years with weight gain and peri menopausal symptoms until I found a doc that treats hormone imbalances. I have been on bioidentical HRT through my doctor for eight years. I use a cream combo of estrogen, progesterone and testosterone that I get from my compound pharmacy. The testosterone was a game changer for me! Maybe she could look for a doc in your area that specializes in bioidentical HRT. Im no expert but I do know that taking estrogen and test without progesterone is not a good idea because it will cause her to become estrogen dominant which will only increase menopausal symptoms. Just my 2 cents worth

Hi I got HELL for asking advice on this subject last year, even though working with a doctor and blood testing always, but here goes My wife is 52 and was experiencing a lot of issues with Post menopause. 40mg's of Test E per week made her a new Gal. No night sweats, great attitude, NO virilization even after one year. Side affects; major Horney, NO Menopause no sides at all her Gyny is stifled

Ok, so you take Primo with birth control pills?

What do you consider to be a clean diet? Fish, chicken, veggies, rice, beans, fresh fruit, etc.

Are you my wife's age?

Would primo be a good choice by itself?

Thanks.

you never stack new compounds together so yes primo by itself is good... I like the effects but I m not big on the hair thinning ....

Clean diet means you are eating enough to support current muscle mass AND will eat MORE to support muscle gains by eating lean meats veges high fiber carbs no sugar no processed foods

I ve been on hormone replacement therapy (and birth control) since I was 30... empresses age has no impact or import here ... not to mention that everyone's biochemistry is going to react differently with the introduction of anabloic compounds

Ok, I am post-menopausal too but i still take birth control pills for the hormones: estrogen and progesterone. I have run two Primo cycles, one I am still on (3 more weeks). Primo is pretty gentle and the sides aren't too bad. Honestly, she really ought to be on hormone replacement therapy permanently too, and that includes testosterone. Aging females need it to balance everything out, plus it might help with her hard-to-lose fat. Gotta be a little reserved on the dosage though because the sides can be pretty immediate and strong if you are not careful. Plus, look at her diet. THat has a lot to do with mid-section fat. If she eats clean then it's all good so look at a cycle. The only thing is, once the cycle is over some of that may come back if her female hormones aren't on point. Plus she needs to eat to gain muscle and a lot of chicks kinda freak out on that at first, I know i did on my first cycle and didn't retain near as much as i should have. THis go round i know better. Good luck to her on getting to where she wants to be.
