Whats up im a new guy around here from OLM
Hi guys,
A buddy of mine told me about this site and I must say I am very impressed with this place very informitive. I think this is hands down the best fourm that I have come across yet. I just want to introduce my self to you guys. If anyone has any suggestions for me as a new guy I would really appriceate it alot. I have been training hard for about 10 yrs now seriously. I have been in many body building contest. I live eat sleep everything about training hard. I have been on the dark side since I was 19yrs old Yes I know I started very young but who hasent. Well I hope you guys welcome me with open arms. I am a long time member of OLM so if you guys wanna check it out LMK ill be more then happy to show you guys the ropes. thanks for letting me introduce my selp hope to make so good friends here.

thanks alot guys yea I have been a member for a lil while but i did not get to introduce myself though lol but thanks for the welcoming guys. I have a question but i would like to pm someone about it that has been here for a while and might have knoledge about I want to ask and also how do I pm people here im a lil lost
tread-mClick on that persons avi, that takes you to their homepage. Click friend request under their avi. They will then come around and approve the request and then you can PM them with your mail icon top right of any page.
