Hey all, Ive been a trt guy the past decade, it's been a fun ride so far. Especially during the blasts. I try to take care of myself best I can eat clean diet, practice proper form, and a hard focus on rest and recovery. What I've learned from this lifestyle is just that, you're always learning.
Well I hope to mingle a little bit and see some of y'all around the forum. Great spot btw, glad to be here

Welcome brother. I found out the hard way I needed TRT last year. Slowly building myself back up. Lots of good guys ( no homo) with great info.
Thank you and it's okay I did as well, I mean I would recover it would last a few months then slowly decline. The blood work frustration and clomid swings, finally I just said fk it, live by it die by it. Best choice I ever made as my quality of life had vastly improved after that decision. Naturally I was scoring in the bottom range even before beginning trt. I didn't start until I was 32. I didn't make the decision to be complete trt until 40. Now I think back why did I not do this sooner it could have saved a lot of aggravation.
But yeah that's what I'm seeing around these boards it's like a secluded little Haven of great information and many laughs. Some great sources and a great way to engage more with others who have a love for the lifestyle as I do. Right on. But I can't help to say that I am a little bit jelly as your avatar is just fun bags galore
