I just wanted to say hi to all the members and say what i great site, already had questions answered to the fullist.I love how the bodybuilding community helps out and takes care of eacother whenever they can.Ive been bodybuilding for about 8 yrs now,hope to find some great sources and meet some cool people, tombo out!
