Been here for a bit but just venturing into the forum section for the first time

Im 41yo and been training for ages with sporadic breaks here and there, was out due to medical issues for a few years and have now been back at it for the last 3 years.

My stats as of today
41, 5'8", 218lbs, 13% BF
