My husband (HiVoltrainer) and I have always tried to stay somewhat fit. As we got older it seems we let life get in the way. So many things in life seemed to suffer due to our lack of training. My husband found eroids a year ago. I was happy he found something that seem to make him want to train again. He's a different person when he is focused on his health and body. As I watched him turn back into the fit vibrant man I fell in love with 15 years ago, I realized this. I could find myself again. Our goals, routines, and nutritional needs may be very different, but one thing is the same. When we dedicate ourselves to the "fit" life, everything is better. Our home life, work life, sex life!! Everything!! We spend more time together. We communicate better. We are in sync again. I look forward to using the tools here as my husband has. He has become a man on a mission. I love it!! I'm so grateful to Eroids. Also to every person here that has help him so far. He's given me some names so I'll be making some friend request soon!
