New to the forum in the sense that I just made an account. Have been reading here since March 22. Lot's of great reading and have learned a wealth of knowledge. I lifted in high school and fell in love with the sport which continued into my military career (8yrs active Army) Got blowed up in Iraq and had to shut it down for a loooooong time. Started back into it 13 mos ago. Started my first cycle this past Sep. Have had great success gaining muscle and losing BF with all the info I gained here.
I just hope at some point I can give back what I've been given here. It's saved my life (mentally/emotionally) to get back doing what I love safely and effectively.
