New member dropping in to say hey, been lifting on and off the past 30 years, haven’t pushed any gear in close to 7-8 years. Before that I ran for a couple years consistently and was quite up to date on gear, but been outta the game a hot minute.
About to get back in the game, but things sure have changed since I was last in, from all the goodies available, to suppliers and even the payment process, a lot of new stuff to catch up on
