New to the site and asking for help in general.

Hello, I'm completely new to all of this. I have always tried to "stay clean" but I have hit some difficulty reaching goals. I'm trying to cut 6-8 pounds (I'm 178 wanting to be 170-173) and knock some time off my run and swim for a competitive score for selection. I'm 5'8 so my stride isn't the best. I've done some research but I'd like to hear some experience that isn't from scam sites.

The diet is not the real issue, I was looking for something to help my endurance, I read in other threads people have used EPO, deca and small doses of anavar and test. But again it's not something I'm familiar with.
I'm training for the Pipeline for pararescue, they need you to be light and lean.
I remember an article about beet juice increasing the bloods ability to carry more oxygen.
Good luck, all the JSOC occupations are insanely difficult to get into. A close friend of mine is headed to buds in a few months, the conditioning is no joke. I trained with him a little this fall, his endurance put me to shame for the entire pst.
Are you active duty? If you are you may want to avoid AAS, I know they can blood test of they suspect you of using anything.
TronYou want aas to cut 6 to 8 pounds? Just cut down on your daily calories.
bigmurphWelcome you can get some great diet and exercise help here but just like he said below aas isnt what will help but there are many things you can do with training that will get you to where you want to be
Welcome to eroids!
To be blunt and direct, for cutting your best bet is to eat clean and run more. AAS arent really meant for cutting. Onto the run/swim times, steroids are not your friend.
For better run/swim times AAS will kill your scores. AAS adds muscle to your frame, which sounds great, but all those fibers need oxygen to power them. Basically you'll be more muscular, but you'll be slower and get winded much easier.
Are you trying to get selected for BUDs?
