Hi I've been doing a lot of research online and I've been working out using people I no To help out but they don't seem to know much about gear. I hear this is the best place to learn more. I've been searching for a site for a long time but because of all the scams I have not used any of the sites I've found. I have used gear but I don't like not knowing where it's from so I just keep on trying to learn more about online ways to be as safe as possible. I know you can never fully be safe online so that's basically why I joined. To learn as much as possible to avoid scams as much as possible and feedback on anything would be greatly appreciated. But my main problem is I'm an extremely hard gainer. I've been that way since I can remember.
