Just doing my intro. What's up? I've been lifting for 18 months and made some nice natural gains but I've always been a little light. Seem to have peaked at 177lbs on a 5'11" 38 year old frame (started at 165lbs) with gains coming very slowly now and strength not really going up like it was. Joined up to get some advice while I try my first cycle. I've been researching for 5 months and my gear should be here next week.

I've found a lot of knowledge on these boards already and figured I'd share my first cycle experience for the benefit of others and hopefully you guys can keep me from doing anything stupid.

Search for some good nutrition info. It will help you more than the ger, the rest it's just hard work & consistency equals results. Good luck

Welcome! I suggest you use the magnifying glass to search nutrition threads, Viking has put out the best ways to gain weight. Get used to eating 4,000+ calories a day, then plan your first cycle! Test E only to understand how your body handles the base of any cycle you will ever do... you will break 200lbs if done right. Make sure you do blood work -understand getting female hormone panel for males done is absolutely essential before during and after any cycle.
Good luck! Keep posting!
