Please welcome me, I am Musclemechanic76. I am new here lost my old account info but was never really active here.
I will become active I see alot of Usernames I recognize, I been around a long time.
I am coming off a lay off I had a BPH attack and caught infection but been cleared and exame good and all psa #s or back on low 0.9 end of range.
I will make a good comeback and in good shape now minus 20 lbs or so.
I been lifting 30 years and will come back fast especially after the lay off so my muscles are ready.
