Hello all, good to be here. Just joined formally, been getting acquainted with the forums for awhile. So far so good. Sweet little community going on. A lot of funny and informative people.

I'm 26, been liftin for several years. Had several workout buddies from the college days but now all have moved away and on with life. So here I am looking for some new friends (hopefully) on this crazy internet machine. Look forward to learning some things and maybe even contributing my $0.02 if I can be of help.
