Over the years of trial and error, I've been fortunate enough to acquire a understanding of this sport to be able to enjoy it in a safe and productive manner.
My biggest regret is to not have had a reliable and educated source of information to have prevented me from making some of the mistakes that I've committed it the past. I've learned the hard way from analyzing and then rectifying my f&*k ups!
