Hey guys just wanted to say hi and let you know im very excited about this site. I'm 24 years old and have been trying to learn as much about bodybuilding as i can and think this site and its members will be very helpfull,Thanks.

Check out he forums, if your thinking it, probably somebody else has already asked and answered it. BTW, if that's your name(Charles Miller or something) with 1428 behind it, you want to change that. There are law enforcement (LE) watching these posts. Don't make their job easy bro.

No Bother, nah I just checked the settings under edit in my account and don't see anything. But I have seen a couple people change their handle recently. On the menu bar choose submit\post in forums\choose the general forum and ask the question. A MOD or someone will answer. Good luck bro. While I'm thinking about it you should get a free, secure, anonymous, email address to, like safe harbor or Hush mail.
