Hello New Forum Member, Happy to Help where I can
Hi everyone. I am new to this forum but have been around the block a few times and have a strong background in sport specific training for athletes both amateur and professional. What I can offer is I have 18yrs working within the nutritional and supplement industries and am a Masters Level Trainer in Human and Sport Performance and have a degree from a well known NJ university in Exercise Physiology. I have worked with Olympic athletes obviously within their very strict testing protocols,(WADA regulations) specifically in speed and power development and dietary/supplement planning for track related events, football, hockey, and baseball and some MMA work though I partner in that area because I am not the expert when it comes to cutting weight for MMA/wrestling. I am happy to answer diet and training questions as well as other related subjects you feel I can be of assistance with. I have been an avid reader on here for a couple years now but have decided to join the group. Glad to be here as this site is so far and beyond others I have visited with regard to the responses and mostly well reviewed posts and everyone seems pretty damn nice to deal with here which is really refreshing. That's it, thanks everyone, take care.
