Hello muscle crowd
New here not new to the gym. I'm 52 years old, been working out in some form since I was 16 and thanks to my hard work, people think I'm 35.
First time with any "supplements" but so far I'm impressed.
Just trying to lose some weight for the summer and believe me, it gets harder after the big 50 mark.
I'm 6'0" 230 and I need to weigh 210. trying VAR for 6-8 weeks, taking 30mg/day.
So far, I have lost no weight, but I have seen my body reshape itself. My waist is thinner, pants fit better and my arms, neck and shoulders have become bigger and more muscular and veiny.
I've gotten serious about my diet and have replaced one meal with a high protein shake. I eat pretty well anyway, mostly chicken, tuna and veggies.I take a lot of vitamins and other stuff.
Obviously, I am losing body fat and gaining muscle which probably explains why the scales have not moved.
Thanks for any advice for an old-timer.

grAnabolicSummer is coming and none of us is forgetting about it, bro!!
Welcome aboard. Enjoy!
tread-mI'm happy to help you out with some trt discussion but this var thing is a dead end. I can go into the details if you wish to friend me and discuss it. In short , it shuts you down, you pct , lose any good you may have accidentally got from it and likely worse off than when you started. Cruise or blast and cruise but any and all trt or blast programs are based in test or not based in reality. PM me and let me help you here before you get too far down fail blog road brother. Welcome btw.
