+ 2 Hello from an Expat in Eastern Europe

ad

Hi all,

Just wanted to drop a short introduction post. I've been aware of this site for years but never joined up until now. I am a 31 year old woman who has always been interested in nutrition and exercise to help become the best version of myself, and I was in to amateur bodybuilding for some ~ 8 years. I am not currently on cycle or doing anything other than TRT due to my current job taking me far out into the sticks where I don't have ready access to a gym. I'd like to keep up to date on health and fitness topics in the community, though, so I should be lurking and popping up from time to time in the forums from now on. Nice to meet everyone!

Holy Crap! Mind blown. I love this site and learn something new every dog gone time. Welcome sister! Love the avatar BTW.

I had a special request from a doctor once for low dose testosterone, something like 20mg/mL, the dosage he prescribed was around 10-12.5mg per week.
Glad to have you here, we certainly need more women on this board with an understanding of how their bodies respond.

Women make testosterone on an order of magnitude higher than estrogen when using the same weight per volume concentrations - they just have far less than men. Pretty much between that and horrible personal experiences with estrogen replacement therapy and anti-androgenic birth control, I came to the conclusion that estrogen is mostly a trash hormone even in women, at least when not properly balanced with a good amount of testosterone - so, TRT it is. 10mg a week seems to be a more standard replacement dose but I use 14-21 mg of test P weekly as that is what I feel the best on with minimal masculinising sides.

Interesting, never knew any of this Smile

Gotcha. They started my lady with an initial injection (think it was 10 mg as well), then gave her the option for the daily topical cream to keep the Test level little more balanced. Thanks for sharing.

Yes I’m curious as well. I’m guessing a very low dose. Maybe a topical cream, pellets. I know they can do Test injections, but other better options out there. My woman has a script for the 2% cream.

I use test P injections as I heard creams are inconsistent, inconvenient, and aren't as easily-accessible or more expensive than injections without a prescription.
