Hello all

ad

Hello everyone. (Just realized i posted this in the wrong section, deleted it now posted in the right section)

I've recently gotten into fitness and training, mostly just been the nerd who usually has been sitting home gaming most evening, however

This might sound dumb af
Got into training because of current Political situation in my country and i felt the need to become stronger as i have both a fiance and a kid. And i want to be able to protect them considering todays society isnt the best. Now i wont post my views on this case, but ill leave it at

Struggling with ADHD and procrastinating alot, trying to get better but its a hard habit to get rid off after not doing something with it for the 20 years ive been aware of having it

Started back in nov 25 with training, did so almost consistently for a month untill i fell off because well, im not sure actually... Old habits or something

But i saw this forum and thought maybe ill find some guides or some help here.

Hey, thanks for the kind words

Havent gotten to train yet, as well i let the procrastinating get the better for me. And also i have about 20min to get the studio (about 1,5 hour the week i have kiddo) But next week im definitely trying again. Boss has made so can get a Membership to a gym Closer to work so i save both time and fuel.
Only issue for my part is that this gym is know to be where all on gear are. Not a issue with people using etc but thinking i might get into the mindset somewhere down the line even tho ive already considered it hahaha

But your idea is pretty great, ill try that mindset and use that as motivation to basically "Level up"

Find a reason to do it, and guilt yourself when you don't. Until it becomes natural to do it, and then let the body dysmorphia set in. It'll take care of the rest.

Honestly though, it takes self motivation and will power. Lifting weights is the easy part, building a schedule and consistency is the hardest part. You have to want to change, to change. Every thing in life takes sacrifice, and you have to decide if this is one you're willing to make.

I wouldn't recommend diving into AAS just starting off. Get a year or two under your belt, build your conditioning and mindset, learn to track macros and build your body in the kitchen.
