Hey guys. This is my first post here and I have been reading the forums for some time now and learning. I have used some prohormones in my 20's and stopped working out until a couple years ago due to some surgeries. Now in my 30's I plan to use gear responsibly to keep fit and try to stay lean.

Look forward to learning more from you guys.

Just take it slowly and don't jump on the juice wagon too quickly. Get your muscles, joints and ligaments used to the weights or they will get fucked up by rapid and significant strenght increase. Get your diet and training in check. Use muscle memory to gain as much as you can before supplementing with drugs. The supplements have also changed a little since 10 years ago and although not even close to the gear, they will help you add few pounds of muscle. And most importantly - read, research and ask as much as you can as internet and gym buddies can be deceiving. There is a lot a crappy information out there. Welcome to the board and good luck
