Totally new to this scene. I know very little, but am interested in learning. I'm not entirely sure this is right for me, so I want to do as much research as possible, before I make a decision. Forgive me in advance for probably asking a lot of questions, and not contributing much to this place (at least for now.)
Any upfront advice is welcomed, and appreciated.

AnonLet's get some stats.
Honestly, most that say they're not sure if this is right for them find that it's not. At least not at the moment but stay and learn. Don't jump into anything, this is a marathon. Welcome

My main form of training, and it's not for everyone, is crossfit. I am a competitive person and enjoy the group setting. I've placed top 3 in both of the competitions I've entered, and look forward to winning one. My goals are not to get bigger necessarily, but stronger. Size is not that important to me, nor is my physique. Although, both of those are a bonus, I mainly want to be stronger.

Crossfit is great stuff for health and practical strength. If you end up doing an aas cycle start very light. The avg beginners cycle you'll read about is for mass. When i was an endurance athlete i never went above 300mg wk test e and kept any other beneficial compounds on the low end as well. You're a smaller guy and could probablly use a little more dieting before hitting aas. Try to drop 3% bf and maintain your weight at 160 naturally before hitting a cycle. I'm assuming you're over 25
yes I am
tread-mWelcome Jakester, come on gitcha some brother!
Thank you, Tread. Any idea of other good sources of info? I don't quite understand what all the abbreviations stand for. Or is that something I'll have to pick up on long the line?
tread-mYou pick it up brother, happy to take PM
