+ 3 Divorced at Last
What's up, community? My marriage took me out of fitness for five years. I became complacent and compromised my values to try to appease someone else. It was fucking stupid. It took me an entire year to get her out of my house once I ended it. That was three months ago. I feel fucking retarded for changing my whole lifestyle for a relationship. Whatever. It won't happen again. Immediately, I was back in the gym with the 4 am crowd. I found myself back here on this site after six weeks of training. I am a project manager and a full-time student. The gym/my workout is the high point of my day. After three months of prioritizing and reconfiguring my diet and focus, I got some gear. I started my cycle today, Being it is the first of the year and makes record keeping simple.
Test C 16 weeks
Deca Weeks 4-12
Winstrol Weeks 8-16
I appreciate all the information and input from everyone here on this forum. I have acquired serious PCT, HCG, AI, and diet knowledge that is powering my cycle. Thanks, Homies!!

Three months in i would not run a cycle. Let alone a massive stack. Get in there with some hate value, fuck bitches and let those connective tissues get some strength back. Or youre risking a major setback with injuries.
PhillyMikeI appreciate that bro.... its too late though. I maybe could have stalled off a bit longer, and you are spot on because i did hurt my shoulder a bit. Im Wolverine stacking BPC-157 and TB-500 as we speak.(on day 5) and i could have benefitted from holding off a bit longer. I appreciate the insight, and in retrospect, you're absolutely right, but im already approaching week six with massive early gains. I know health is more important and I'm grateful to have bros like you around that offer honest insight and feedback.
Welcome back bro, been there myself, many of us have. I lived in Philly for a while, right off Lehigh Ave. I moved, but not too far. I still hit the city every now and then for some real food lol. Stay active here bro, it’s a great community
Really I’m like 2 hours outside Philly and I’ve never even been there, besides when I went to there hospital over there for a surgery a few years ago.
PhillyMikeno Bullshit brah.... Covid is the reason i left. When the covid scare first hit, Philly locked down the entire city. I was living paycheck to paycheck at the time. I couldn't afford to not be working. So I bounced. I always wanted to get outta there. The drug scene is out of control. The crime rate is high and the people that live there are miserable and aggressive AF. So when I say, "You're not missing anything great," you know it comes from a place of experience.
About 20min for me with no traffic. Bro there’s some excellent hospitals and specialists in Philadelphia, very talented doctors.
PhillyMikefor sure. I grew up in West on 49th and Baltimore and lived right down the street from PENN Medicine most of my life. I dated a women that worked at Temple and was super paid!! Just curious...when you were living on Lehigh ave, were you in North Philly or Kensington, or Port Richmond?
Right where fishtown, Kensington, and port Richmond come together to make one giant anus. Lehigh and Edgemont street. A couple blocks behind the Wawa on Aramingo Ave.
Did you see Tom Hanks when you were in Philly?
I visited the same theater…
Ya I was sent there for that reason. I had the like expert cardiologist for the east coast or some shit do my surgery, she’s in like insanely high demand. You could see her , she was running around like maniac 20 hours a day, and she had a flip phone lol just because she took like 800 calls a day so it was easier to have an extra phone for just calls. She’s like an elite level surgeon, she was a fucking boss, you could tell
And you’re still here. God bless you and that Dr bro
Thanks broshe was awesome man, you just knew you were In good hands and had nothing to worry about
PhillyMikeThanks bro!! I appreciate the welcome!! I relocated to the Sunshine State, but I do miss home occasionally.
My parents retired down there, “The Villages”.
PhillyMikeyo, big homie, the villages have a reputation here. Do you know about it??
Of course, it’s hedonism for the elderly. Moms heyday was the 70’s, gods only knows what she’s capable of lol
At least you don’t have kids with her. I’ve been divorced from my exwitch for 17 years, and still paying $1400 per month child support. I wouldn’t even mind if my daughter was seeing any of that money, but the greedy bitch keeps it all for herself and complains that it’s not enough. SMH
Some (not all) are pure Snakes with Tits Bro, and I swear some of them have pussy's lined with piranha teeth
Mine went from being my best friend for twenty years to the slimiest snake of them all. Takes me back to court every year because she knows I’m making more money every year. She’s the biggest piece of shit ever.
It Truly is amazing how some of them can turn into people a million miles from the woman you once loved, I always find it frightening to think that you have spent thousands of hours of your life sleeping next to this woman Lol
PhillyMikeI went down that same road with a different woman. My kids are both grown now so the support stopped a while back, but yea...more of the same.
I have about three years left. Daughter is in her second year of college. If she decides to get her masters, I’ll be screwed for another two years, SMH
PhillyMikeI can assure you that nothing hits like your final support payment. You will never forget the day. Keep your head up, O.G. Three years go by fast. Start thinking about what to do with your extra money now. I enrolled in college the week after my final payment and am now in my bachelor's program.
You know why divorce is expensive? Because its worth it.
Cost me a million bucks buy hey.....much happier.
HAHAHAH GREAT ONE!!!!
The Ironic thing about most women is they will moan at you for training so much, try to get you to cut down your gym time etc and spend more time doing things she wants to do - but then when the relationship is over they will go straight out and get a guy who clearly trains!!! Arseholes LOL
Nice to hear that you are feeling happier. So many divorced men seem to find it in a bottle or drug use with a load of depression on top.
All the best for the future!
PhillyMikeThanks bro. appreciate you!!
Congrats x2
"Don't be trapped by dogma, which is the results of other people's thinking" -steve jobs
Good for you brotha! Get it
Thinking that way is what ultimately killed Steve Jobs. He had a form of pancreatic cancer with a 100% survival rate at the stage that it was caught at, but he thought he knew better than doctors and went on a full fruit diet to cure himself. It did not work.
It's a good saying none the less, but in his case, it's quite ironic.
There's no such thing as a 100% survival with cancer. Pancreatic cancer is a virtual death sentence. I'm not trying to be rude but I am a cancer survivor and that shit is brutal and you have to fight your ass off to come out on top.
Wasn't trying to be rude or disrespectful in anyway brother if that's how I came off.
Ya I heard on his deathbed that he regretted not following doctors advice. But I also saw these documents showing he had an HIV diagnoses and people tried covering it up and all types of other sketchy stuff to do with his death but it could all be internet conspiracy shit
Hey brotha, don’t beat yourself up regarding trying to appease someone else. It just means you value family. Unfortunately we live in times that force us to become somewhat selfish or put ourselves first because most people are selfish. Don’t let this experience hinder potential future relationships and just be a bit more selective. Keep focusing on you and improving yourself. I hope you were in decent shape prior to starting your cycle because you could’ve achieved so much naturally. Also, please remove your face from your profile for safety.
PhillyMikeAPPRECIATE YOU!! I was in shape. Not my best shape. My diet never left. I still swam and surfed everyday, and l kept myself together well during the marriage. I waited until I felt my routine was rock solid and my focus and dedication were spot on, which they are. I appreciate the heads up on the photo. I'm making the changes now.
Great job man, you’ll enjoy this community and we’re here to help.
