Back on eroids

ad

Sup fellow eroiders I'm back on eroids and ready to soak up any information that is thrown my way.
Alittle about my self I'm a 30 year service plumber in the USA. I'm 6'0 290-295 lbs. I've been lifting on and off for 13 years now. I took a long break from lifting ( 4 years) to focus on my career, wife and life. I've succeeded in life with a nice home, good truck 2012 Ram 1500 w/hemi, intake, exhaust love my truck. And I love my wife 100%. But during my break from the gym I got fat and lazy. Ive recently seen the light and decided to get my fat ass back in the gym.
Alittle bit about my training prior to taking a long break from the gym. My training was more of a bodybuilding workout. 75% max weight with high rep 12-15 range. My schedule was chest/tri's, back/bi's, legs, arms, chest/back,rest,rest. Now that I'm back in the gym I wanna focus more on power lifting/strong man. I want to focus on low rep high weight.
Now I'm not hear to start AAS immediately it's been 2 months since I've been back in the gym and I want a couple of more months before I decide to run a cycle or not. Now I have completed 2 cycles prior to my long break. First cycle was dbol, prop, test e , pct. I saw great results from this cycle went from 225 to 250 at the end of the cycle. Ran a proper pct and all was good roid land. Second cycle was prop, test c, eq, tne and pct. I wasn't crazy about this cycle. So if I were to get back into AAS it would simply be prop and test for the first couple of cycles. But again I'm still debating on it.
My lifts so far since I've been back are
Bench 285x3 max
Squat 375 x 2
Deadlifts 405x 2
I would definitely like to see these numbers go up. Bench Is my weakest body part. I've been watching training vids from mark bell, dan green and bill Kazmaier to improve my form. My training schedule is legs/abs, chest/tri's, back/bi's, off, shoulders/abs, off, arms. I'm trying to work in more bench and tri's workouts during the week. So if anybody has any good advice on tri's and bench workouts to increase weight im all ears.
Food
Protein shake , banana, almond milk and granola - Morning
4 eggs hard boiled and baby carrots -snack
Chicken,rice, broccoli- lunch
4 eggs cooked, rice and soy sauce- pre workout
Protein shake and 17 gummy bears-post
Half chicken half salmon, rice and green beans or broccoli- dinner
Now I will have a burger or chic fil-a time to time pre workout depends if I'm super hungry that day. Now I know typical strongman are taking in large amounts of calories. I'm trying to work in clean calories as I want to be alittle bit more flexible with out gaining a lot of fatty weight if that makes sense lol.
So that's really it feedback in welcome thanks!!

Some things don't make sense here... you're 6' @ 290lbs... what's BF%?
Those max lifts you got are close to my max - I'm 5'9" @ 200lbs.
@ 290lbs. Squat should be +450, Deadlift +490, Bench +345... and reaching those stats ONLY brings you to intermediate strength (http://strengthlevel.com/)...
I would suggest 5x5 program (https://stronglifts.com/5x5/)... (https://stronglifts.com/exercises/)... bodyweight moves like pushups, pullups & dips as supplemental moves will assist increasing strength. You can also add in some Olympic lifts (e.g. clean & jerk, snatch) & additional powerlifts (e.g. Thrusters, clusters)
Keep it simple.
Perhaps Gymjunkie will chime in, I'm fairly certain he's a Strongman competitor... he probably has some sage advice to impart.

I'd say bf is around 30-40 percent. Those max lifts are after 4 year break and a 2 month introduction back to the gym. I'm currently using a lower rep x lower set. But will take the advice given.

You should see some solid strength gains then ... secondly, it's highly recommended that you get your BF% down to 10%-19% before you consider getting back on AAS. You're going to have a difficult time getting others here to assist & cosign a cycle at high BF%. Cheers mate.

The strong lifts site has a good basic program I like it.
