Howdy everyone hope all is well. Now I've been lurking around on this Gold Mine for quite sometime. I just wanted to let everyone know how much I appreciate this family. So knowledgeable. A little background on me if you will. I am a 34 y/o M. My athletic background includes basketball (played D-2 ball back in the day), boxing (one golden gloves in one state back in the day). I also have always loved combat sports and yes pro wrestling and still (Work) shows even today. I am a proud 5th generation Coal Miner. And again thanks everyone. After a stressfull day I often come home and visit this site and immediately feel better. I guess there is something to reading and learning about a subject you love.

bigmurphGlad to have you i myself played football and I boxed no golden glove for me but I loved it. I wa much better at football but getting in the ring till this day just to get hit and maybe spar a bit is a great workout and its fun. I still believe that when I was boxing that was when I was in the best shape of my life. I don't think I could ever reach that caliber again.
