A Bit Overdue
Hello all! Been a member here for a bit over a year but never formally introduced myself, so here it goes.
I, like so many of you other members, am a recovering painkiller enthusiast. Started out going to a chiropractor for back pain at the young age of 23. After a year of treatment that wasn't helping, was given a recommendation to a pain management center. BIG MISTAKE! Started with vicodin and over the next few years graduated to buying oxycontins on the street. Consumed my entire life. Lost the house, wife, and most of my family wouldn't speak to me. After hitting rock bottom a friend of my suggested Suboxone. ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE! I will say that I was able to get my life back on track and salvaged all my old relationships. Been on the Subs for 5 years now and don't think ill ever kick them.
That's what ultimately brought me to droids. All the years of abuse trashed my Test levels. Went to an endocrinologist a few years ago and rode the TRT ride.....the ups and downs due to my doctors poor understanding of half lives and had me on too infrequent of a schedule. I took matters into my own hands, found eroids, and haven't looked back.
I am so glad I stumbled upon this site! The people and information found here are second to none. I'm working on getting into shape and blasting some cycles in the future, but have to get my diet and training routine down first.

Welcome & good luck, everybody has some history they would like to put behind ourselves.
ray3801Appreciate it man, no looking back now! Head up, moving forward.
4EVER-POWERwish all the best and hope eroids will help you
ray3801Thanks bro
It's amazing how so many of us have such similar stories. Discectomy C-5/C-6 herniations in L-4/L-5/L-6 been on Norcos for years. Began TRt at 28ish? Shit its been so long I forget now. After years n years on norcos plus the spinal injuries my endo test was shot. Began HGH therapy last year and by god if I'm not completely off all pain meds. I still take my anti inflammatory n muscle relaxers but they don't rule my life like opiates did. Here's a belated "Welcome to the board" and "hope to see u around bro" ahahaha
ray3801Thanks GS. It really is amazing, when I first got to eroids I couldn't believe how similar all the stories were to mine. I knew I had found my "internet home" so to speak. I don't ever see myself being rid of the suboxone. I look at it like try.....just something I gotta do now. I don't get high off them anymore and have no ill effects from taking my 4mg per day. Maybe in the far future but now my line of work doesn't have vacation pay or sick pay or f'n health insurance so me taking a month to detox without bringing in a paycheck is just not possible.
V-Power-Agood luck with your projects
welcome bro good to hear your off thhe pills
Like you and i'm sure plenty others on here I have struggled with drug use in the past. For me it was cocaine and booze. I tried the AA thing for a while, but it never felt right to me, probably because of my own insecurities. But once I discovered fitness and bodybuilding I noticed I didn't feel the need to party so hard. I still have a few beers sometimes on the weekends but I now have a level of self control I never would have thought possible. Keep sticking around bro, you're in the right place!
ray3801It really is like that, once I was put on TRT and I started researching everything about AAS, the want totally went away to party and carry on my former lifestyle. I know some might consider steroid usage just another drug, but I look at as tool to better myself
good luck bro!!! demons are hard to fight.. good luck ...
