What's up brothers and sisters! 9 year intermediate lifter, power bodybuilding is my interest. The last 3 years have been a bit of a struggle( trouble losing body fat, fatigue, etc ). Though I feel stronger than I ever have I'm strongly considering going next level. I have been strongly considering this move for a few years. I have an idea where I'd like to start, 500 wk test cyp for 10 wks with an ai( as suggested from a experienced lifter). So here I am, researching and sifting through all of the vast knowledge and experiences being shared and hoping for a safe and reliable experience.

Like these guys said post your bf% and your routine down. Diet is huge I'm on my first cycle and I can tell you this diet can make or break you in my opinion I spent the last 2 years finding a diet that really works for me so start there you'll be plenty of protein carbs and healthy fats especially throughout the day. One thing that has truly helped me a ton and found on here on this site is to take in a carb meal mine is 40-80 a few hours before your workout to help you power through your workout because if you don't have enough carbs you can loose pump early and not be able to go as long as you may want but everyone's is different. After you post most detailed stats everyone can get you going in the right direction! Welcome to the site!
Welcome to Eriods bro. Body fat plays a big part of a cycle preparation. This will be your first cycle correct?
Yes, this would be the first.
Hey man, I see you're 6'0 225, what kind of body fat (approx). What are your lifts looking like in terms of weight? Not everything is about strength, but you mentioned powerlifting so I am curious to see what you are moving on the bar with Bench, Squat, and Deads. The needle is not a cure all but it can help. The other guys are going to want to know the same stuff I am asking, plus what your cardio and diet are like. So, take a few minutes and get your routine together and post it below so the community can have a better idea of what your body is like and how you fuel it and train it.
These guys will teach you so much if you let them. At 40, you wanna be worried about blood pressure and lipid levels, along with liver enzymes especially if you want to take orals in your cycles if you choose to use steroids. Blood tests regularly will help you stay on top of things. If there is anything I missed - Which I probably did - the other guys will fill you in
Only having had my bf measured a few years back, which was 15 percent at that time,I'm probably high teens now.
I vary a lot of my workouts to how I feel that day, recently have gone from doing 12-15 for sets of 3 or 4 to doing more 3X5 and 5x5. 225 bench, squat, and deadlift. . I'm a little embarrassed by these numbers looking at them.
I eat somewhere in the neighborhood of 2k-2500 calories, I'll admit to not being real disciplined to hitting my suggested macros all the time.
Thanks bro. Dont worry about the numbers they will improve. I will admit i dont diet well so i understand the feeling. The best way I improved my bench press was doing 3 sets of 3 heavy with a spotter and then doing a max rep negative directly after twice a week - say mon and thur.
