Alright then... pin them ears back bro you might just get some stuff from me that you have never heard or seen ever before. i hope you do because now i am no longer a MOD i can actually spend more time doing what i do best and thats giving folks alternative avenues to maximise growth and quality... i mean thats what everybody is on this site for right?... i wont be dishing out anything totally stupid in open forum or PM because i am fully in coherence with site protocols and realise heavy duty stuff is not for the population here, but! some of my beginner/intermediate protocols will be enough to blow most folks minds... IF FOLLOWED TO THE LETTER and undertaken in a workmanlike, intelligent manner.
First off... in my years i have watched thousands of people in gyms and the most glaring thing i always find is if that person is lazy or has an untidy mind there is NO cycle in the world that will work for him... meaning; if a guy cannot even be assed to take the time to learn proper training form and meticulous diet habits then his pinning schedule will be a fkn mish mash also... its imperative a person leans each compound singularly and more importantly learns about half-lives and half-life cleave theories..... the pin and forget days are way over... to build a quality physique with AAS these days needs military planning and surgical precision to allow the user to climb up on stage and be fully competitive because you can bet your ass the guys stood next to you will have worked to those principles and make the lazy man look and feel like a fkn clown.
Anybody can add enough poor quality muscle to load up a tight T-shirt..... my goal is building and preparing quality competitive bodies that stand the test of time... safely, and in an enjoyable bad side effect free way that make people swan-neck and say WTF even on a normal day without a full, fresh gym pump.
If any of the above makes any sense to you guys reading then follow my posts and change your lives for the better.
Disclaimer........ I only promote muscle growth, i dont do marriage guidance or other fucking problems that may occur when you transform into a full blown gym rat with an Einstein mind-set towards steroid usage and OCD tactics when it comes to doing nutritional mathematics lmfao!
