Work and pump
ad
Hey guys and some gals, just a general question... I work hard labor like running a 90 pound jackhammer all day and shovel all the rubble into a truck and then some minimum 8 hours (raising iron) well I get the gnarliest pump on almost every muscle mainly back and having to stop more often. Anyone else in the same boat have any advice? Is it bad? Or...
Thanks guys

Jack legs and hammers for years. Salt, potassium, taurine, hydration and a good deep tissue massage therapist twice a month. Or just date one.
Are you currently on cycle?
MagnistrengthYeah I have 2 weeks left
I'm a boilermaker in the refinery using 1 1/2 inch drive impacts for 12 hrs a day man... Having to hold up that mother fucker for hours at a time. Working on high pressure exchangers is a bitch....Same deal... I take bcaas, glutamine, and leucine... Kinda helps... I take a lot of vitmans. 3000mg fish oils, 1500mg vitman c, zinc, multi vitman... Maybe it's in my head but it seems like it helps... I'd like some info too on this.
MagnistrengthHaha I bet your shoulders are fucking bowling balls.
I'm pretty solid... ESP after working as a boilmaker for a few years.
