I have been on a cycle now for 6 weeks 500 mg of Test cyp and 60 mg of winny ed split. I noticed the last two injections in my left vastus I developed a whooping cough immediately after injection and it last a couple minutes. I have been injection over a year before this cycle on trt and never had this issue. Can it be the test cyp i obtained other than from my trt dr? anyone ever had or have this problem?

I also noticed the next day or two after those pins it like I have flu symptoms without the flu. Feeling down back pains and sinus issue etc.
Welcome to another common issue; it's called the "test flu."
Not related to the cough and it's causes.
I was excepting real whooping cough ( pertussis). It ruined 2 winter bulks in a row for me few years ago. The 90 day cough, no appetite, puke if you eat 1 bite past when you're full, puke from coughing so much. You just nicked a vein and a little got in your blood steam into your lungs.

Yup like Greg already mentioned and I always aspirate and every so often i still manage to Nick a vein feels like I'm coughing up my damn lungs scared the hell outta me the first time it happened

Like Greg said "Tren cough" will happen with any oil. If you get a little oil directly into the bloodstream it causes and embolism of sorts which is extremely uncomfortable for a couple minutes. Don't panic and just cough it out. I had it happen to me just over a week ago and a couple days later even coughed up blood stained mucus for two days. Now that is extreme and has only ever happened this one time but it just shows you what can happen.
AKA Tren cough (not confined to just tren), benzyl alcohol seems to be more of a culprit.
yep its most likely that you cut a vein when pinning. If you cut a vein and either inject into it, or some of your compound(s) enter into it when you withdraw the needle, it will work its way to your lungs where your body will excrete the compound, resulting in a cough that will literally have you wondering if you are dying.
Be sure to thoroughly aspirate the needle (every time) before injecting to avoid any IV injection (technical speaking I suppose) of your compounds. Beyond that you cannot always prevent seepage entering a cut vein you cannot see. If you aspirate and see blood, remove the needle, choose another site, get rid of the blood if possible (although best practice would be to make another shot completely) and use another pin of course. It is essential to aspirate.
When withdrawing the needle, you can use your other hand to 'stretch' the skin around the injection site, to prevent/minimise blood flow when you retract the needle which may (or may not) help you
