i take 10g BCAA+5g creatine. Eat solid food a bit after. Just don't deal well with lotta fluids right after working out.

Wheybolic-60. It's a gnc protein shake. It's very thin and tastes good which is a must for me. I use ground oats and peanut butter post workout. If I tryingyo bulk I'll use amplified mass xxx. I don't use a full serving of either of these. Your body can only process about 40 grams of protein per meal so all those shakes with 60-70 grams per serving, just a gimmick. It's being wasted. I use about half a serving of the wheybolic but I drink about 3 a day between meals

Well it's 40 at most. That all depends on your body , your weight and how you metabolize food. But generally you're on point. 20-30 per meal will suffice

For my post workout shake I use Optimum Nutrition 100% gold standard natural whey because it has everything I need including bcaa's, glutamine, and a blend of whey including the ultra fast hydrolated isolate which is the absolute quickest and it doesn't have artifical flavors, sweeteners, and dies. I'll put between 50g and 100g of Now dextrose for a super quick glycogen replenishment and insulin spike to help push the nutrients into my muscles. Also put 5-10 grams of Optimum Nutrition creatine which is "creapure" creatine (the best creatine money can buy and is 99.9% pure and made in germany). I also mix it in warm water because it helps suspend the supplements into the water so they are more useabl by your body. Think warm water doesn't work? Try mixing creatine in two seprate clear glasses of water. 1 in warm and 1 in cold and you'll see the creatine in warm water disolves more completely with lil to no chunks on the bottom. The stuff that doesn't get disolved just go's through you. Just a good tip I learned.

Morning shake...two scoops optimum nutrition vanilla whey, half cup Greek yogurt, 1banana, half cup oats, 2 tbls natural peanut buttrr, 2tbls ground flax, enough nonsweetened coconut milk to thin it out

that sounds tasty i like that!

The yogurt slows down consumption for me, I figure with the slower consumption more protein will be able to be processed. I used to slam down my shake until I learned I was wasting a lot of protein

This one takes me about 30 mins....I used to down protein and water in like 30 seconds

Add some oats in there too.

Vanilla protein
Cup of Blueberries
Cup of oats
