What to do?

ad

Hello, I have done a lot of reading in the past from this site and know that there are several here that have a lot of knowledge and advice. I'm just going to tell you what I came up against and am asking for serious advice and responses only. Before I tell you my situation, I understand that I should have been smarter with the way I did things and am trying to do so now and get the help I need.

I just turned 25 not to long ago but have cycled before I was 25. I am at a point in my life now where I actually understand and am aware of what matters. In my younger 20's I was all about getting swole and didn't care about anything else while I was in college. Now, I'm trying to get things right with my body and do well in life with my career, goals, etc. I don't remember how many times I cycled but I do know of all the compounds I have used: Test C, E, Sust, EQ, & Deca (once). Most of the time I was doing test/eq cycles and highest dosages I ever ran was 750 test and 600 eq (done less on other cycles of the same compounds). Okay, so now that I am trying to clean myself up and get things right with my body, I went to my doctor and did bloods like a month and a half or so after my last PCT. Test was low and he prescribed me 200mg Test Cyp/week (that was at 24 years old). I know, stupid. So I have been on trt and honestly, I feel like shit. I feel like I have low T: no libido, lethargic some days, no appetite. The only other thing I can narrow it down to is E2 levels but I doubt they are high and the last time I had them checked they were "within normal range" according to my doc. My doc did prescribe me HCG as well. I am tired of feeling like shit and I need your advice on what I need to do to get myself right. I do see life from a completely different perspective than I use to and am trying to do better. I will go through my doctor for whatever advice is recommended. I would like to come off completely and do whatever PCT protocol to try and regain as much of my natural T as possible even though I know it won't be fully restored. I'd just rather quit it all and get myself right and do the things necessary and do so through my doctor. Please save the hate and negative compliments because I have learned and realized how stupid I was when I was younger and am trying to fix my mistakes (if possible). Please, any advice or opinions would be helpful and sorry for another post of some young dumb kid doing dumb shit. I came to find out what's more important in life and am trying to fix it now. Helpful advice regarding PCT would be appreciated. Thanks for any input.

Oh and just to add because this is important (my doc knows of my cycle history and he uses as well). However, I disagreed with him recommending that I just do "nolva and a little hcg and I should be good" when my body has been relying on testosterone for awhile now.

I will check it out, thanks Rusty!

Does anyone have any advice or know of any forums that I can go to about supps, vitamins/herbs or anything natural I can do to help my body during the pct so that I don’t crash? Something that will help with raising testosterone that I can take and that have worked for some of you? I will do my pct but if there’s anything I can add in that will help my natural T production or make me keep as much muscle and strength as possible would help.

Lol glad to see there's some humor about this. However, I don't think that'll get the job done haha. Would hate to be that guy.

The rollercoaster IS terrible lol. It's a life changing decision whether people want to look at it that way or not. I was dumb and thought I would "do a cycle or two" as a naive 21-22 year old and now here I am at 25 on trt. If I could have advised myself younger from the perspective I have now, it would be to stay far away from it all. Eat, train hard as hell and really challenge yourself past the mental barrier, eat more, sleep and you'd be surprised by what can actually happen. Appreciate the replies Tbone.

I cleaned out 3 times in my life for over 5 years at a time. Sometimes I did PCT..Sometimes I did not! Doing juice on & off my whole life I come to the conclusion it takes about 8-9 months for me to really start feeling better when cleaning out. Each month gets better; just see it thru! Most people don't have the patience to get past month 3 & 4! The older you get the harder it is! Now in my late 40's it takes three times as long to rebound! At month 3 or 4 I get a rebound that shows on bloods, but then goes back down before rebounding again. It's amazing how the body works.

If you want to come off all compounds completely and do a full restart and see where it leads we got you. Start here

Thank you fusebox, I will read over the forum and continue researching and plan accordingly with my doc. Thanks for the link!

I think you're on the right track, and I give you credit for admitting your mistakes. This may take a while and a bit of experimenting on your part to see what works.

I myself am a BIG fan of HCG in high doses for a situation like this, if you can keep the bloat and E2 in check. Look into HMG as well.

Yeah..I like to stack HCG & HMG also!

Thank you sir, just trying to get my body right so that I am feeling good and productive. You're right, it will take some time and probably a little experimenting. I will have to get bloods done several times and plan accordingly with my doc on what I need to take in order to get back to as natural of T levels as possible. I believe HCG in high dosages will be best as well and will have to keep E2 in check as mentioned. Never heard of HMG but will do my research--thanks for the helpful information!

I would really appreciate if some of the experienced ones or those of you who have been doing this a long time would give a little insight or just any advice regarding what I should do, talk to my doc about, pct help, etc. would be greatly appreciated. I understand my mistake and am trying to fix myself and do the right thing. I appreciate all of the knowledge that is shared here and am in dire need.

This may be silly. We’re all different, don’t forget.
Donate a pint. Bit of a oil change....hydrate.
Make sure what your eating isn’t the source of your problems. You eat shit, you’ll feel like shit.

Thank you for the reply and not a bad idea at all. It needs to be filtered out and changed often, thanks for the reminder.

Thanks for the reply Tbone. I'm really trying to do the right thing as I should have never messed with AAS at a young age. I can get pharm HCG totaling 10,000iu. I was maybe trying to see if I could get a refill and haven't used any of the HCG yet so that I would have enough. Yes, it was actually my doc that recommended trt when I had visited him and my bloods were showing low T. When I visit with him again I will let him know what's going on and if like you said, it takes a second/third pct.

I'm talking future reference. Of course I would drop the trt dosage and get it out of my system. I have seen a lot of info about when to start HCG and nova/clomid when ending a cycle.
So the last cycle I was on I was on a base 400mg EQ/500mg test E. I responded well to minimal amounts. When I finished the EQ I kept running the test for several weeks at 500mg while the EQ was slowly leaving my system. Then I started tapering the test dosage down and started HCG toward the last few weeks of the test. 10-14 days later after last pin I started nolva only pct. Then a month and a half or so later is when I went to the doc and he prescribed me 200mg test cyp because my levels were low. I should have done another pct and given it more time. This is where I messed up. I should have done so under his supervision and with pharm grade HCG and kept getting bloods done until recovered. The doc hasn't dropped the trt but is leaving it up to me on what I want to do.
