Blasting and cruising is generally used by those who are on TRT replacement therapy.. blasting is considered the phase equivalent to running a cycle and cruising is a low dose of a long estered test between cycles..this low dose would be equivalent of bringing test levels to what would be considered normal. cruising is NOT recommended for those of you who otherwise produce enough natural endogenous testosterone while off cycle.
