What does it mean when tracking code says this?

xub3rn00dlexThat seems to be similar to what I get when I order electronic parts from China. It says that as long as my package is in HK Express or whatever the hell they use, and once it arrives in the US and is picked up by the USPS, then it changes and starts giving me domestic location updates.
RustyhookerThe last time i got that notice online i had a seized pack. Letter came bout week after. Reshipped to different spot and gtg.
