we all know this guy named Peanut

ad

We all know some one who weighs 155lbs or less that always talks about big numbers...I know this guy who I will call Peanut that knows my workout partner and he just started AAS again using Dec a ,and test ( said his cycle was 600mg test and 500 mg Dec a with no pct and both stopping at the 14 the week). Just started injecting about 2weeks ago (almost 30 yrs old and his mommy injects his juice for him) and on the first week was already talking about the effects of the gear, and on the 2nd week Peanut was coming to us telling us how much bigger his back has gotten and how his arms grew about 1/2 inch. Now the big numbers ...Peanut told me that he could bench 365lbs for 2 reps @ 169lbs body weight at his last cycle and that he can high row (5) 45 lbs plates on each side of hammer machine. And could leg press the whole rack loaded at his peak ..so one day I pretty much asked him to show me and he made up excuses on how he was burned out and wasn't fresh to show me. The real problem is that we are friends with peanut and no matter how much you try and get the truth he will stick with his story and even has a picture on his phone that he will whip out in a heart beat to show you what he looked like 5-6 years ago when he weighed at the most 169lbs.when ne claimed to have benched 365lbs for reps. I really don't know if he attempted it really but I tried 365lbs and that was very heavy and i needed my spotter which I didn't count as a true press. On top of it Peanuts exercise routine and form is horrible he get to the gym and is gone in about 30 min maybe 45 min at the most his drive to the gym and home is longer than his workout. I actually asked him why so quick and he said light weight very high reps and to leave the gym when the pump is at its peak so you don't over train the muscle is what gets him to move heavy weight and grow like a weed...some times I just shake my head put my music on and ignore him.but the days I do see him he always talk shit about how his body changes every week...the question is how do you deal with people like Peanut who is your some what your friend but just does not get it that sooner or later some one that don't know him will put his ass on blast. And probably Peanut will be asking us to get his back cuz he got his ass beat for talking shit....poor Peanut R.I.P. the reason I posted this is because I tell the truth about my numbers that I worked hard for and have no problem showing but bothers me when people lie about numbers to get attention but when come to proving comes up with excuses on why they can't show you but has a picture to show you what they looked like many years ago. In the end I am not making insults to guys who weigh 155 lbs I too was that weight but please tell the truth when some one ask about your numbers. I also want to add that txting ,talking on his cell and bullshitting with other members at the gym are part of his 30-45 min workout

Why be friends with a lame

600carlo's picture

Yeah ...as the days go by he is starting to become more of just as a aquintance than a friend. Really embarrassing always having to put him in his place when he talks big game

Ya that dude is full of it. I will say that I only spend at most a hour in the gym at 5 times a week and I get out if there and eat. I'm pleased with my results. I don't really talk to anyone in the gym. I'm there for business.

Doesn't sound like much of a friend, someone who is constantly bullshitting to you, I've had plenty of "friends" like that.. over time I just got rid of them, cut out anyone like that in your life, you don't need them, and you will be much better off.. trust me.

I hate those guys.. I always seem to run into these people when I go out.. "I used to be as big as you before my [Insert prolonged bullshit life story here] and I just got out of shape." Then they wanna tell me routines, diet etc like I had no idea and I just magically became jacked - because you know it's totally easy to do right?.. I think they're just internet warriors that let their internet alter ego go to their head and now they actually believe the shit they spew and every one is to nice to say anything..

When i was 125 lbs i could bench 500 for 2

600carlo's picture

Sir when i was 125 lbs I don't think I could even roll 500 lbs on the floor

Undertaker's picture

It is possible. At 112 lbs I was benching 270. Not for reps but a single lift.

Undertaker's picture

Still impressive. I see alot of dudes 190 - 200 that cant put that up.

Senior year of highschool, was a total gym rat, wrestled @ 119lbs, and pressed 225 one time. It was the shit, felt like King kong for a week in the weight center at school!

I am not saying it can't be done people can do amazing things but please understand peanut is some what of a friend and hangs out with us after the gym and i have known for years who just pretty much lies about everything to get attension and kind of embarrassing when he ask us to back his claim when he talks big to other people who don't know him and we have to hurt his feelings when we tell them that NO peanut did not do what he claimed

At my gym his name is Punk Bitch. He always just seems to be warming up, weird.

I was 160lb middleweight boxer when I started using AAS. But I couldn't evaluate my performance by looking in a mirror. Keep in mind, this is an AAS site, not a bodybuilding site. I wish someone woulda called me Peanut....sheeeeeeiiit! They woulda been picking all their teeth up off the floor!

Would pumpkin be ok??

Nitti's picture

Pumpkin, cupcake, anything the implies I'm "sweet" woulda got them something broken or leaking. I was a little bit more aggressive then.

Yes there some bad mofos out there that can kick ass but crazy numbers at the gym though and at 155 lbs at 5"10 with 365lbs press for reps

finafan's picture

5'11" 155 was best shape of my life. Bench over 300.

600carlo's picture

Yes sir and you probably trained very hard and long , spot on diet, with great form and intense focus in which peanut did none of..

finafan's picture

I ate 3 cheeseburgers a day and drank coke. I was in the Army and walked, marched,or ran over 10 miles a day. Push ups and sit ups like crazy and a stair stepper for a hour a day on high. sometimes a hour and a half. Depending on if women where playing basket ball or men where.

Nitti's picture

Yeah that's horse shit!

600carlo's picture

Also boss the reason for this post was about how people throw out crazy numbers but never back up the cvlaim and tell me that the effects of AAS start to kick in with results as in little in a week of the first injection

finafan's picture

The effects of AAS can kick in before you pin. Just the idea of pinning gets your ass amped and your are ready to kill weight. Placebo is better than the drug. PROP ACE no ester they kick in very fast.

600carlo's picture

True also with TNE ..but Dec a and test E results in a week, 1/2 inch in arms? Words out of his mouth

finafan's picture

water.

600carlo's picture

Nothing wrong leaving the gym in 45 min after INTENSE workout but txting , talking on your cell and bullshitting at the gym and leaving in 45 min counts as a workout for him. Sorry should of put that in the post

600carlo's picture

Lol. Now that's some hardcore training

notbigenough29's picture

Looks like we have another person that thinks that more than 45 min. is over training.

notbigenough29's picture

Yes i completely agree with you, problem is peanut is on steroids.
