So been waiting on some packs that have been sitting in customs for weeks. So go to my mailbox today and a slip is in there that says final notice for the two packs. But never received and prior notices to come get those packs at the po strange?

Put on a long trench coat, a hat, some dark sunglasees, oh, and a fake mustache always seems to help. Go to the pick up place, ( don't do what I did and go to the wrong one) and get in line. Try to look inconspicuous. When it's your turn, go to the counter and hand the person the notice. (Try not to tremble). When the person hands you the package, then sign for it (again, try not to tremble while signing). Take your package and head through the door and straight to your getaway car. Try your best not to run, and please reserve your hysterical laughter and giddy excitement until you've at least left the parking lot.

I agree with everything you said except to add:
Show up an hour early. Park in the back of the lot. Watch all incoming and outgoing traffic. Make sure there are no suspicious cars with occupants loitering in the lot or nearby on the street. If there are panel vans with darkened windows, abort your pickup. If there is a street crew working over an open manhole, abort your pickup.
Try and pick the busiest time of the day. They will try and rush you through without looking at you or the package too long. Avoid small talk.
Caveat: If you live in an area with a lot of juicers, the lot could be full of what appears to be "suspicious cars with occupants loitering in the lot" in that case, try to determine if they are juicers by their looks (I know, it's profiling, but no worries you're not LE) if in doubt hold up your first the fingers in a sideways fashion to resemble an "E" (universal sign for eroids) If the loiterer responds in like fashion (or initiates the sign) it's good to go.
A key oversight tho. The cops very likely are juicers...

monstermanDude chill!!! Take the slip up to the post office with your pic ID and get your order before they send it back to where it came and you loss out on your money and gear. Cuz I'm sure the source not gone to do a reship once he here's this story.

That happened to me once and I was worried picking it up but it went through fine.
