Transitionig from cycle to TRT
Hello all,
I've recently completed a 16w cycle of test/EQ, 400/600 respectively. It was a successful cycle for me, I went from 173lb to 198lb. I gained some vascularity and dropped a couple of percentages of body fat, from around 18% to about 16%. I ate like a horse because I was starving all the time and I didn't notice any mood swings with the EQ.
I'm entering week 5 since my last shot of test/EQ, 400/600 and currently cruising on dr. prescribed 150mg of depo test once a week. I've lost about 4lbs so I'm at about 194lbs, I've lowered my cal intake from 3500/d to about 2500/d.
Issues I'm having transitioning back to trt are feeling extremely tired and lethargic all the time, feeling like I have no energy to go to the gym and having depressive thoughts/attitude. So basically like going through pct... Also, during the cycle I had almost no acne problems, now 5w out and back on trt I'm braking out like a mofo. I'm still taking my Rx arimidex .5 eod...
I'm wondering if there's anything you vets add to mix to ease the transition back since us old trt farts don't pct.
As always, thanks.

Thanks guys. I do have a dr appt next for complete blood work, had to wait till he got back from summer vaca, and also for my test levels to drop.
As pank already stated you gotta get bloods to know for sure but one thing that jumps out at me is you may be taking too much adex on your TRT dose. Maybe back off of it for a few days and see how you feel but definitely go get bloods done so you'll know for sure brother. Take out the guess work
Should post this in the Over 40 & TRT section brother you would get faster responses. You need to get blood work done before anything else. This will tell you what is going on and what is way out of balance. When I go off a blast cycle and back to my TRT dosage I get blood work every time. It is worth every penny. Since you are not doing a real pct program and even a real low TRT dose, I would say you are running into a post blast cycle conversion for test to estro. Judging by what you are reporting for symptoms.
But that is a guess get labs asap, then all guessing will be removed. Good luck! It sucks having the up and down feelings but they can be way lowered by knowing your levels.
