Too young, still need to get big.
ad
Hello everyone, Im 18 years old ad going into my senior year of highschool. I currently weight 180 pounds and play fullback. Thats not big enough for a fullback. I wasnt blessed with genes to get big nore was my dad. I have been researching steroids for about a year now and decided I shouldnt ruin my body and chances to get big with them in the future. Im simply not fully developed. SO! I have my diet panned out with my nutrition coach and I have gained 5 lbs. I lift 5 times a week hard and yet nothing works. So my question is what are the best supplements you guys know of that (with a good diet and lifting) will get me BIG? Please help.

sgtstedankoOh... Forgot to say that I'm glad you're smarter than a whole bunch of dudes on here. Regarding their premature use of AAS. THANKS : ) NB tiger
Thanks for the feedback, I PM you on some questions I have.
sgtstedankoYou're 18 brother! There might be very little you can do now to bulk. Honestly, your metabolism & test might be rocket fuel. Read my post (linked@bottom) if I could go back & change one thing it would've been my diet. FYI, it's your mindset. Not your size. Get mean... Lift! Eat (clean) to gain... You want to eat most if your protein, Carbs, etc, etc, etc, from actual food. Not a shake. Doesn't matter if you eat 6 meals or 3. Just eat right. Snack on the right stuff as well. My full back was 190, & played linebacker right next to me. He went D1. Work on technique. Eat to win... No excuses. Don't get discouraged. Feel free to pm me.

TxBigBoy2 words: meal replacements. All of these whole foods everyone mentioned is great but if your not used to eating 6 meals a day then your going to have a tough time putting them away. The fact is you have to train your body to eat like this. Meal replacements are the easiest and quickest way to get there. You said your parents will hook you up, have them go on bodybuilding.com order a 12lb bag of optimum nutrition-serious mass. Take your breakfast and meal after dinner and replace them with this. Even if you only do one scoop per meal that's 1200 calories for the day. Blend it up with 2 cups of milk and I guarantee you will gain some weight and be on your way to eat 6 (whole food) meals a day in no time. Good luck bro and if worst comes to worst you can always change your position!
Thanks for all the help guys!
Anonsupplements are a waste of money invest in food and protein, LOTs of food .. good food too not McDonalds or BK...
â€You mad I eat waffle house 5 times a day?
I'll bet you do fat boy.
But just like Tim Tebow, you don't need gear or good food as long as you've got God on your side.
OE2000I'm tebowing as I type this!
Anonim glad it took the kid being a douchebag to her for you to block him lol.. .told you...
He'll be back in a few minutes. I'm bi-polar and I keep blocking people for no reason...and then UNblocking them a short time later. I have an appointment with a psychologist next week to talk about it.
Anoncool, BRO!
Hahahaha lol
For breakfeast I always have 2 eggs and a glass of milk. Lunch I always have pork and chesse with hard boiled eggs and milk. Snack between lunch and dinner and then my dinners are always meat filled such as sammon, steak, cheese and dessert. My rountie is monday wednesday thursday friday and sunday. Monday chest and arms, wednesday legs and abs, thursday traps, calves, tries, neck. friday back, arms, abs, sunday is cardio and stretch.
Anonill elaborate.. if you want to stay on a competitive level, you'll need to eat like you are trying to add a "lean bulk"
if you eat everything in sight you'll get sloppy, and lose speed and be a fat, worthless FB
my Junior year I was 190 and still made it to state as an individual running the 100m. . its about quality muscle.. not sloppy muscle.
So with the diet you have below are you saying that is still a good one to stay on a competitive level?
AnonBreakfast-drop the milk, add a protein shake
4 egg whites and 1 whole egg
Lunch-drop the cheese, eat hardboiled eggs.. maybe pack some broccoli or carrots since you're still in school.. drop the milk, add a shake.
Snack-- greek yogurt, oatmeal, cooked oats, sweet potato.. some of these.
Dinner - - Steak and salmon are good.. drop the fucking cheese.. no dessert.. add a veggy/whole grain rice or quinoa with your dinner as a complex carb.. or black beans.. salad can be an add on too.
you need an extra meal at some point after dinner- I suggest almonds, or walnuts.. greek yogurt is good late.. add a casein protein shake or cottage cheese before bed.
Make some tweaks and you'll add another 15 pounds.. your diet is very "loose" to say the least.
He might not have the money to drink shakes like that, he's in high school, I think he's fine w the milk he just needs to double the cals
AnonI'm sure if he's living at home and his parents support him training and prospering as an athlete its a possibility. Its a lifestyle... you gonna invest in a 5 pound jug of protein, or go buy Madden and pretend.... ya dig?
Yes they support me in any safe way they can, I have protien just gave up on it. So 3 times a day with all meals is when i should consume the shakes?
Anongood for you AND your parents bud.. protein, glutamine, BCAA, and good multi/arginine is all you need.. try anavite for a multi
I can dig it and you prolly right I guess it just depends but def needs to drinks at least one shake a day
Decent workout routine but you need to double the food intake!!!!
you said you gained 5lbs, then you said nothing works? little confusing bro
AnonThis is a NO GO
you're 18...
do what all the other kids in high school do and work your ass off.. you ARE NOT ready for steroids.. I wish their was a minimum age for this site somehow..
ZrankFraneA good diet goes a really long way. Other than that a good protein supplement will help you're diet and getting calories in for the day. Throw in some creatine on top of that and IMO you should be good.
AnonCreatine is a waste... lose everything once you stop.
Creatine hcl you don't have to stop though so still good advice
What's your typical daily diet and workout routine?
