TNE-Water based & large chunks of crystal??

Hello everyone,
I have some TNE that is water based & the crystals are more than small enough to pass through 18g when drawing into syringe but im having trouble passing them thru during injection with a 23g pin. My question is can i place a pin into this vial of TNE & then heat this up to help melt the crystals down some?? Shaking the bottle is doing no good to reduce the size of the crystals. I will use a 20 g if i have to for the injection but would really like to stick with the 23g if possible.

Hey bud. If i were you I would set them in a pot on the stove with water. Heat on LOW with a pin coming out the top(release air build up) and swirl it until the crystals liquefy. I would not inject it warm though(I never have). It may crystallize again and you can repeat. Not too hot though!! I used to make tren : )
i put a bowl of water in microwave till it boiled. Then i put a pin into vial & placed it in water for about 5 mins. Took it out & shook it real well. Let it cool for about 20 mins & I had no further problems using a 23q pin at that point. Thanks for your advice.
Maybe try to store it in a warmer place. I think its the cold that causes it to fall out of suspension.
Warmth can help, but honestly TNE is just hard to suspend. I've had stuff that looked excellent for over a week. Got it ready to ship out and crystals started forming everywhere.
Yeah just place it in about an inch of water in a pan on the stove. Let it get up to around 160-170 degrees then shake the poo out of it. Should take care of the crystals and make it nice and easy to pin. You'll likely have to continue do that every few days. TNE is notorious for crashing like that.

No problem. We had 40 bottles do that. Have a bunch away, the rest we've used ourselves. It's very common with TNE.
